We will be adding a new retail lot and we have a lot of inventory coming.”ĭeVore said Valley wants to hear from the people of the community. “We will be an official Corvette dealer, which Brother’s wasn’t. “We’re going to have a lot of different types of vehicles here from 60s, 70s Corvettes (and current models) to medium-duty vehicles which are going to get us the bigger trucks with the dumps, like the 4500s and the LCFs (low cab forward). “We already got some new chairs and a TV put up in the customer lounge area,” he said. “We have employees that are from Sullivan, New London and the Firelands Local Schools area … so our goal is to serve this community as well as we can.”ĭeVore said Valley Chevrolet is planning some improvements along the way. “I live in Lagrange, so we will try and do some stuff in Lagrange. “Our big thing is to try and get involved in the community and all the local communities,” he said. “What we are trying to do is come in and continue that level of community involvement and put our Valley spin on it.”ĭeVore said the community involvement doesn’t end with Wellington. “There has been some helping out with the Lorain County Fair and things like that. “Brother’s Chevrolet had been in Wellington for years and years and years … it has been a staple in Wellington,” he said. That’s what Valley values, they come in and try to engulf themselves in the community, and spread the love in hopes of getting some back.”ĭeVore said Valley wants to get involved in the community. They do a couple of the cancer centers (Cleveland Clinic Taussig Cancer Center, UH Seidman Cancer Center) that they donate to. “They do a lot of donating each store donates to a food bank every month. “We want to do the same thing as Huron, which is make the retail side better and bring some commercial existence around here at the same time.” “We are excited to get Chevrolet on board,” he said. They also own other commercial truck locations.”ĭeVore said Valley Chevrolet will follow a similar template to that of what the company is doing in Huron. “About two and half years ago, they purchased Artino Ford in Huron (55 Cleveland Road E.), and that’s where they started getting into a little bit more of the retail side of things and continuing to build their presence there. They are a truck center that does a lot of commercial trucks. Anthony is based out of Greater Houston and works in the Motor Vehicle Manufacturing industry.
